By air

If you’re flying to Goa from somewhere overseas, your itinerary will likely take you through either Mumbai or Bangalore. From either of these airports, Goa is a short hop (flying time well under an hour).

Getting to the conference hotel

Getting around by taxi can be very cheap in Goa. See this link  for tourist taxi fares. This is another site that provides indicative taxi fares from the airport (Dabolim) – when you look up the table, check for “Mobor” in South Goa (the conference hotel is located on Mobor Beach).

Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) is a government organization which provides taxis and such for tours / excursions and pickups / drops / arrivals / departures from railway stations, airport and bus terminuses to a variety of locations within Goa and outside Goa.

Vehicle bookings can be done through the Central Reservation Office.

Getting to the workshop venue

The conference will organize for buses to take delegates to the workshop venue from the conference hotel. These buses would also be suitable for delegates staying in hotels in the vicinity of the conference hotel.
